Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026. These are the rules for buying from us and using what we sell.

About these terms

These rules apply when you use our site or place an order. By ordering, you agree to them. They do not take away your rights under UK consumer law.

Orders and prices

Your order is an offer to buy. Our contract starts when we send a dispatch email. If an item is not available or a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel and give you a full refund. Prices include UK VAT when it applies. Delivery is extra unless we say otherwise. We may change prices, but never after we confirm your order.

Using security hardware legally

Many products can test, scan or read signals from systems. Only use them on systems you own or have written permission to test. Accessing computers or networks without permission is a crime in the UK under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Similar laws apply elsewhere.

By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and will use the products legally. You are responsible for how you use them. We may refuse or cancel an order if we have a good reason to worry about its use.

Our services

We price each security or setup job on its own. Work starts only after we agree in writing what we will do and you prove you have permission. Our findings are advice. We cannot promise a system has no weak spots.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss we could reasonably expect if we break these terms or fail to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for lost data, profit or business caused by your use of our products or advice. The most we will pay for a claim about an order is the amount you paid for it. This limit does not apply to death or injury caused by our carelessness, fraud, or anything the law says we cannot limit.

Our content and this website

The CLBRNS name, logo, website text and product photos belong to us. Do not use them for business without our permission. Do not disrupt this site, copy it at a large scale or try to enter it without permission.

Which laws apply

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms. Courts in England and Wales will deal with disputes. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your own courts.
