Who we are
CLBRNS runs this shop. We are the data controller, which means we decide how your personal data is used. Email charlie@clbrnssystems.com with any questions.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. You enter card details directly with our payment company. We do not receive or store them.
When you browse, we may collect pages viewed, a rough location from your IP address, and your device or browser type. Your basket is saved in your browser session.
When you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
Why we use your data
We use it to take payment, send your order, and deal with returns or warranty claims. We use it to answer questions and run the shop. We keep records when UK law says we must. We only send marketing email if you ask for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We only share data with services that help us run the shop. These include payment, delivery, website, email and accounting companies. They must follow our instructions. We do not sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for six years under UK tax law. We keep support emails for two years. We keep a record of marketing consent until you cancel it, plus a short time to show we acted on your request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data. You can ask us to fix or delete it when the law allows. You can object to some uses or stop marketing at any time. Email charlie@clbrnssystems.com. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Keeping your data safe
This site uses HTTPS. Only people who need order data can access it. A PCI-compliant payment company handles payments. If a data breach could harm your rights, we will tell you and the ICO when the law requires it.
