Is this hardware legal to own?
Yes, the devices we sell are legal to buy and own in the UK. You must only test systems you own or have written permission to test. Using them on someone else’s system without permission is a crime.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
UK standard tracked delivery costs £3.99 and is free on orders over £59.99. UK next-day delivery costs £9.99. International delivery costs £9.99 and is free on orders over £79.99. We usually send orders within one working day.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return an unused item in its original box within 14 days of delivery. Read our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Do you offer support after purchase?
Yes. Email charlie@clbrnssystems.com with your order number and tell us what is wrong. We will help you get the device working.
I'm a complete beginner. Where should I start?
Start with a Raspberry Pi kit or a Tails USB stick. Both are good ways to learn. Email us if you want help choosing.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We check networks, train staff and help choose hardware. Tell us what you need and we will send a clear plan and price.
